Brent, owner of Box-T Construction, brings extensive experience in commercial construction and oversees project planning, execution, and cost underwriting to ensure efficient delivery and optimized returns. Josh contributes a strong background in managing and leasing large-scale investment properties, value-add projects, single-family developments, and fix-and-flip strategies, providing expertise in operations and project management beyond construction. Together, they deliver significant value to investors with a vertically integrated approach that ensures greater control over costs, timelines, and overall project performance.

Experienced in raising and managing private capital, controlling risk, and delivering projects with a long-term ownership mindset aligned with investor returns.
